USGA hosting Handicap seminars

January 13, 2009

Are you the handicap chair at your course? Running any golf tournaments this year? If so, you might consider attending one of the 22 handicap seminars run by the USGA during the first half of 2009. The half-day events offer golfers a chance to learn more about the USGA handicap system and can help clubs and golf associations achieve/maintain their USGA handicap certification.

The main focus of the seminars is the USGA Handicap System manual, with interactive discussions and a final quiz. Locations are listed below. Cost is $40 and you can register online by linking here at www.usga.org.
