Torrey without Tiger

Tiger Woods has won the last five tournaments played at Torrey Pines -- the last four Buick Invitationals and last year's U.S. Open. It's his show and he won't be starring in it this year, which is going to put a dent in the bottom line, according to Tod Leonard's story in the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Buick's charitable contribution will fall from $2.7 million to $2 million, that corporate sales are off 10 to 12 percent and ticket sales are down, Leonard reported.
