Tom Brady's knee OK...for golf

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who missed the 2008 season after undergoing surgery on his left knee, played 18 holes at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif., last Sunday, the Boston Herald reported.

The Patriots are hedging their bet that his knee is OK for football, however. Last week it put the franchise tag on quarterback Matt Cassell, allowing them to keep him in the event that Brady is not ready.
