The golf world got to know Smylie Kaufman and his youthful exuberance on the Spring Break trip he took with Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler and Justin Thomas earlier this year.
Sure, he broke onto the scene with his success at the Masters and playing in the final group with Spieth. But we saw a different side of him down at Bakers Bay with the boys.
Now, it looks like the 24-year-old has capitalized on that rise in fame as one of the fun guys in golf with a new sponsorship with Natural Light -- known as being one of the most popular beers you drink in college, for mostly economical reasons.
As far as we can tell, this seems like a win-win for everybody. Natural Light gets a youthful endorser on the PGA Tour. And Kaufman gets to pose with -- and theoretically drink -- a ton of Natty Light.
