In winter 2008, Davis Love III flew to his home in Sun Valley, Idaho, to train with Damien Moroney, a physical therapist who works with the Canadian bobsled and Red Bull mountain-bike teams. At the time, Love, an extreme-sports junkie, was recovering from major ankle surgery and had to leave his snowboard on the rack. The stylish Englishman had wrist surgery in August and returned to action at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa in early December.__ Jim Furyk__ had a similar operation and offered rehab tips to Donald, who spent a lot of time working on his game at The Bear's Club in Jupiter, Fla. One of that club's newest members, by the way, is Michael Jordan. Donald got to know Jordan through their connection to the Chicago area. (Donald played his college golf at Northwestern.)
