In new at-home series, Tiger Woods shares his simulator practice regimen

In the lead-up to tournaments, in post-round press conferences, in updates after a long absence, Tiger Woods often talks about working on his game at home. For the most part, fans have had to internally visualize what that might look like. The most we’ve seen of Woods’ home golf setup have been little snippets—a clip of him hitting a ball on his simulator, a five-second video of a putt on his adjustable putting surface, an aerial shot of his outdoor green setup.

Until now. Woods has given Golf Digest and GolfTV an unprecedented look behind the curtain, into the lab where he rebuilt his golf swing with a fused spine. In the first episode of “At Home With Tiger Woods,” Woods walks host Henni Zuel through his duel simulator setup—there are two, and they have different functions—and discusses how technology makes it possible for him to be his own swing coach. Woods even offers insight into the parts of his swing he "can't stand."

This is the first of a 13-part series that will take fans throughout Woods' home, including looks at his fabled outdoor short-game area, his club graveyard, his home office, his two dogs and much more. It was shot at his Jupiter Island, Fla. home in February, just a few weeks before the coronavirus pandemic put the world on pause.
