Get ready to feel lazy when you find out how many push-ups, pull-ups, and miles Rory McIlroy has logged in 2015

Rory McIlroy is ripped. We know this from his spread in Men's Health. We know this from the numerous videos of him working out. We know this from this after-hours Ryder Cup photo:

And now we know exactly how McIlroy has maintained his physique. Over the weekend, the four-time major winner tweeted out a couple of graphics made by Santander Spendlytics detailing his workouts this year:

This one compares his activity to 2011 when he didn't do a single pull-up. You know, like a normal person:

And here's a video that sums up all of his activity, including his travel (287 nights in hotels!):

But back to this year's exercise. 6,800 push-ups. 6,320 pull-ups. 644 miles (1,036 kilometers) run. 398 miles (640 kilometers) biked. 6,720 minutes stretching. 3,300 lengths in the pool. Impressive. And that's not counting how many hours logged playing soccer! What? . . . Too soon?
