Former Golfer WAGs: Lindsey Vonn is single again, which might be something you're interested in
It's human nature to care about both current and former WAGs of professional golfers, right? Don't feel guilty clicking on this. Many golf fans likely feel a slight connection connection to Lindsey Vonn after her three-year relationship with Tiger Woods.
Vonn was most recently dating former Rams assistant coach Kenan Smith for about a year before they called it quits on Tuesday. And the reasoning for the split sounded pretty similar to Tiger's and Vonn's decision for breaking up in May 2015.
"Lindsey is laser-focused on her training for the upcoming Olympics and is leaving the country for several months to start competing,” a friend told People Magazine.
Hmm, just like Vonn said hers and Tiger's schedules were "too hectic" to make things work. We get it. Two world-class athletes have totally different schedules.
We'll let skiing experts handle the rationale behind Vonn and Smith splitting, though Vonn is training for the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea, and says her practice schedule is about to ramp up. We'll accept that answer.
Tiger, meanwhile, has been in the news recently, after he announced he will play in the Hero World Challenge, at the end of the month in the Bahamas. His practice schedule, too, is theoretically getting busier. We're sure that Vonn can relate.
Vonn's most recent man, Smith, had just given a nice birthday shoutout on Instagram a couple weeks ago.
This might've hit him hard.
