I've written in the past that there really is no such thing as a "golf-specific" exercise. If an exercise is good for a golfer, it's good for anyone. That being said, we have demonstrated some exercises here on Fitness Friday that are really, really good at adapting the body to swing the club better. For the next few weeks I will be selecting some of my "best of" golf exercises for you to incorporate into your workout routine. This week I'll show you an exercise I call steering wheels.
