Presidents Cup 2024: Watch Collin Morikawa dagger Brian Harman about his height during Team USA photo op
It was a tough Tuesday in Montreal for Brian Harman. First, Sahith Theegala answered just a bit too quickly when asked which teammate he would least like to pass the aux to while playing music in the car. “Probably Brian Harman,” he blurted out. “I’m just stereotyping him as someone that listens to some deep, deep South country.”

That wasn't end for the 2023 Open champ, however. Later Tuesday evening, the opposing teams gathered suited and booted for their pre-Presidents Cup photo op. That’s when Collin Morikawa noticed Harman standing on the second step instead of the front row, which is typically reserved for the, er, more height challenged among us.
“What are you doing on the high step!?” Morikawa asked before taking his spot up front. “I’m on the front. I’m as short as could be,” he continued as Harman conceded defeat, sheepishly stepping down to join Morikawa on short-king boulevard.
At 5'9", Morikawa probably shouldn't throw pebbles in his glass doll house, but he still felt compelled to remind Harman of his place in the pecking order. The fact is, Harman is a full two inches shorter than Morikawa, clocking in at a compact 5’7”. That’s front-row material for sure, but perhaps it will give Harman a competitive advantage at Royal Montreal this week. The Internationals will never see him coming …
