Betting on John Daly

An online bookmaker, Sky Bet, is offering bettors the opportunity to take a vested interest in John Daly's success on the European PGA Tour, with three propositions that it's calling "Wild Thing European Tour Specials."

Bettors are offered 10 to 1 odds that Daly will win once on the European PGA Tour, 150 to 1 that he'll win two or more times, and 5 to 1 that he'll finish second or better (including ties).

John Daly's six-month suspension from the PGA Tour apparently is sending him overseas in search of a playground. He has said he would play the European Tour, though he is not playing the Commercialbank Qatar Masters this week after committing. Daly also has a sponsor's exemption into the Dubai Desert Classic next week.
