Awkward Moments on the Course

Our Awkward Moments story left Deborah from Sacamento less than relieved about one situation we covered.

__I have never written a magazine before - which makes this a big deal for me. And believe me, I'm not a prude or an "uptight" female, butttttttttttttttt __

Did you tell people that it’s ok to pee on a golf course or did I misread pages 252-253? It's not a big deal "if you're discreet". But if you get caught or someone complains - is it a big deal then?

I really enjoy your magazines - both Golf Digest and Golf for Women so I'm not going to stop reading them or anything like that, I just think you could have kept the fact that you believe it's ok (I’m assuming for both men and women) to urinate on a golf course to yourself. I'm sure men have been doing it for years without your permission and nowadays if a woman has to go, she has to go. And I'm sure this was cleared through the rules and regulations of the most prestigious golf courses because they want people to enjoy themselves.

Some things are just better left unsaid. The picture adds such a lovely touch - women love seeing men urinating in the bushes, it adds to our day. (LOL)

Deborah, your point is well taken. Don't ask, don't tell, sort of. And maybe this photo was a bit much. Anyway, I'd like to reply in more depth but I'm going to have to excuse myself....
