Apparently they don't much like Tiger
Esquire magazine hasn't been particularly kind to Tiger Woods, dating to Charles Pierce's 1997 profile on him. Now the magazine has asked four writers to weigh in on Woods and his comeback, and it comes in at less than favorable.
Scott Raab writes: "I'm not saying that I like him. I don't. But then I'm not a huge fan of the Old Testament God, either - another cruel, lonesome bastard."
Chris Jones: "I've been asked to write about the return of Tiger Woods, and the thought of his Chiclets reflected in another shining trophy makes me want to punch a hole in the moon even more than the storm that will soon swallow it. Because I entirely hate Tiger Woods."
It get worse. The Detroit Free-Press has some of the details.
