Nelly Korda began her final round trying to win the Chevron Championship
in a historic way, but no one could see the first hour and 22 minutes. She teed off at 11:08 a.m. local time in Texas and streaming on Peacock didn’t start until 12:30 pm locally. NBC’s coverage started at 1 p.m. CST.
Korda is looking to win her third major and second Chevron Championship. She led by five shots over Patty Tavatanakit after 54 holes. If she wins by two or more strokes today, she’ll be the third player since 1980 to win an LPGA major after leading by multiple shots after all three rounds.
