Is this golf's next great player?

Hardcore golf fans have been hearing about 18-year-old Chinese phenom Yanhan Zhou—AKA "The Toddler"—for years, but Thursday was his most head-turning round yet. Zhou went out in 29 in the opening round of the DP World Tour's Volvo China Open then eagled 10 and birdied 12 to quickly get to nine under. Six closing pars had to be disappointing to the young man, but he still shot 62 to put himself one behind leader Alejandro Del Rey. Zhou has already racked up 11 wins in China and he finished T-3 at the DP World Tour's Hainan Classic last month. He's the latest reminder that the next generation of great golfers is always coming.
