ESPN posted on X a video of Woods hitting practice shots at SoFi Center—and of course he was dialing in his driver on Stinger. That’s the par 5 at which players have to hit a low-driving tee shot under a red rock formation. Woods became renowned for his “stinger” shot in his prime. Revealing in today's video, because Tiger is wearing shorts, is the black leg sleeve he’s donned since his right leg was badly mangled in his 2022 car accident. It’s no doubt helpful, physically, but also hides the gruesome scars from his numerous surgeries.
