Can a golfer who's not the biggest fan of Augusta National win the Masters?

Tyrrell Hatton has made his fair share of controversial comments about the storied course throughout the years, but now he's in great shape to make some history there himself over the weekend. The 34-year-old Brit fired a Friday 66—the low round of the week thus far—to climb into contention. Hatton briefly had a share of the lead after back-to-back birdies at 15 and 16, but a three-putt bogey dropped him back to four under through 36 holes. Still, he's in great shape to beat his best-ever finish at Augusta (T-9 in 2024).
