It appears a good number of trees at Augusta National have been replanted.

Last year the course was noticeably more open following Hurricane Helene, as the storm uprooted numerous pines throughout the course. There was more space around the greens near the 10th through 13th holes (neighboring Augusta Country Club was more visible than it had been in years) and a cluster of trees cleared around the 16th lead to more expansive views of the fifth, sixth and 17th holes. But in a walk around the property Monday, those views have been adjusted again, the trees back almost as if the storm had never come through. Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised; Augusta National, for all its tradition, is a course perpetually in transformation.
