100 GREATEST/BEST IN STATE SCORES
1 / 4
“This is an enjoyable golf course through large trees. Greens are well-maintained. I would rate higher if not for uphill, banking hole 9 and the extreme uphill hole 18. Worth a visit."
2 / 4
“Course used to be a jewel in the Northwest, but has fallen behind the competition over the past couple decades. Conditions are inconsistent, and there are some really tough holes to navigate due to sharp doglegs. Course can play very challenging if you are crooked off the tee."
3 / 4
“Wonderful forested course on Puget Sound. Holes feature huge variety in design, pleasing elevation changes, forested surroundings where very few homes intrude on the course. Course is not exceptionally long, but requires thoughtful play off the tee as fairways are somewhat narrow and many dogleg holes dictate proper strategy. Easy to get to from Tacoma via the Narrows Bridge, excellent lodging choices at the resort or in nearby Silverdale."

“A course that is showing its age a little. But if in the area, worth the visit."
