“Not a lot of other options in the immediate area, but this course has undergone many ownership changes and new owner promises to put money in to improve maintenance, but overall condition right now is poor. Fairways are rock hard, patchy and bare in spots; tee boxes are mud/dirt in many places; greens are firm and inconsistent; bunkers are very inconsistent with some having only mud or grass and no sand. Overall in terms of layout, the course is very demanding with a ton of water in play and major design feature is cross-hazards at the end of landing areas which limit playability severely for both low and high handicap players. A ton of blind tee shots--tough for first time players to have any idea of lines off tees. Overall, I was glad to be done instead of looking forward to playing it again."
