“While the golf course architecture overall is very good there are several very soggy areas (with limited rain in the area leading up to my eval) and weak conditioning on fairways and greens. Repeated straight back tee boxes lack angles of attack however 9 of 14 par 4s and 5s play as doglegs (some with extreme severity at 2, 3 and 5). Hole #4 is an outstanding par 5 in risk/reward, challenge from both tee to green and on the putting surface and from an aesthetic perspective with an Augusta National #13'esq flowing green front stream with stone walking bridge.
