“The South Course at Westfield CC is a traditional tree-lined parkland course built on good golf terrain. There are plenty of undulations in the landscape that are significant but not too challenging for walkers. Fairways and greens are generous in size, but the course’s main defense is the subtly undulating greens which, when cut low, present a significant challenge. The front nine is more interesting (and challenging) than the back (500 yards longer from the tips) and features two excellent par 5s. Unfortunately, the course is hard along Interstate 71, so the roar of trucks is omnipresent, especially on the front nine. Otherwise, a round on this well-manicured course is a pleasant experience."
