“Not my favorite Pinehurst course, but some stiff competition. It is one of the more challenging Pinehurst courses to play. A lot of elevation, sand and elevated greens."

“Add 400 yards to the cumulative distance for every set of tees. That will account for the many uphill shots. I like this course quite a lot. Fairways are wide but the holes are not easy. Plenty of elevation changes with proper landing areas. The course is stunningly beautiful. High score for ambience because it has the feel of a small club. No frills here, except the course. It's just, plain flat-out beautiful and fun. And I am saying that having played in a rainstorm."
