“The first 6 holes seem to live up to the ‘Pebble Beach of the East’ namesake. Great architectural design and utilization of water with elevation changes. The emotional roller coaster of holes 12 thru 14 16 taking the player into the woods and then returning back out to the ocean feels very Cypress Point’esq. Good utilization of various design features including chocolate drops, central fairway trees, framing mounds plus a double green. And the on course and backdrop aesthetics are second to none."

“Scenic ocean holes and not much else. Property is too small for an 18 hole golf course."
