“The first hole is poorly designed. On the left side of the hole, there is a cart path, which was in disrepair, that is used to access the driving range that runs perpendicular to the first fairway on the left side. The hole runs uphill and the fairway is narrow. Condominiums line the edge of the rough on the right side of the fairway. The course opens up and becomes much more interesting after the awkward, distracting start."
