“Used to host the Citrus Open won by Palmer and Trevino amongst others. The routing on the front 9 is old school Florida through pines with the back 9 bringing a little more risk reward options into play. Course really lacking lately in conditioning with greens very patchy and rough littered with weeds. Simple stuff that could be fixed. Worth a visit just because of the history and especially because not sure how much longer this course makes it."
