“Site of 2015 US Senior Open, Del Paso is a challenging course, good layout using old Spanish Oaks and traps to protect greens and fairways. Excellent condition with sand capped fairways allowing good play in the wet season."

“I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this course. The relatively recent renovation was done quite well. The course's overall rating and strength is held back by a lack of memorability in the holes and the relatively flat ground on which the course is set. A stout championship golf course devoid a bit of fun and quirk."
