Overview

Nestled among jagged hills in Prescott, Capital Canyon Club offers beautiful vistas of the surrounding valley and the San Francisco Peaks to the north in Flagstaff. This Tom Weiskopf design meanders through the undulating terrain and plays among protruding rocky outcroppings that line fairways and greens. Towering ponderosa pines frame most holes and create narrow openings off the tee.

“Mountain course in Prescott, AZ designed by Tom Weiskopf. Very challenging course with natural design features that make tee shots and approach shots appear tighter than they really are. Superb course conditioning. Very fast bent grass greens-you must understand which way the mountain falls to control your speed. The scenery is superb."

“A good golf course with a lot of challenging holes that will appeal to lower handicaps, but a lot of holes that will appeal to the higher handicap as well. It was in good condition the day I played it. I enjoyed my day here and would play it again."
