“Compared to many retirement village courses, this course is a bit unique with houses set much further back than normal from the course. So the course has a chance to stand on its own, so to speak, with lots of positive attributes from a rating standpoint. Greens complexes are especially good. Wide fairways and low rough make the course very playable, but not overly difficult, with the exception of length, which can be a big factor from the back tees. "
