Overview
As is typical of many Alabama layouts, tall pines line the fairways, which often camber back toward the center, making them play wider than they appear. There are significant elevation changes, including at the par-4 second hole, which drops 70 feet from tee to fairway. Ravines and wetlands are also commonplace at Rock Creek, which despite all the intriguing features, is a playable track.
