Nike AeroBill Classic99 ($35)
You could always use a new hat and this light blue cap with the Nike swoosh and the Winged Foot logo is quite the statement on the course. It’s a strong move but also not ridiculous headwear. If this blue shade isn’t for you, there are also red, white and black options.

PUMA IGNITE PWRADAPT Caged Wings US Open 2020 Golf Shoes ($170)
It’s not just Nike that has the inside track on fun Winged Foot apparel. 2020 U.S. Open Townes Polo ($98)
We’ve seen a lot of blue so far, so let’s look at what B. Draddy is doing with this bright and comfortable polo made with Peruvian Pima Cotton that feels as cozy as it sounds. The color is labeled on their site as “bandana,” which is not a color, but we like this shirt so much that we’ll give them a pass. There are many variations of polos, tees and zip-ups in a variety of colors. Yes, they have blue options too.

U.S. Open Fleece Sweatshirt ($98)
Okay, now we’re talking. Not only does this Polo Lauren Ralph sweatshirt look ridiculously comfortable and warm (it’s fall, we need to be ready for the cold), but it’s simple yet elegant in its design. The blue and red horizontal lines are perfect as is the U.S. Open text and the small insignia on the sleeve. This has become the envy of many of our Golf Digest co-workers, who are feverishly sending Slack messages about wanting to buy this item.

2020 U.S. Open Winged Foot Smathers & Branson Needlepoint Belt ($140)
I don’t know about you, but I keep on losing belts. They just disappear when I need them most. But, do you know what belt I won’t be losing? This gorgeous one from Smathers & Branson of the 2020 U.S. Open, featuring the hand-stitched clubhouse and the Achilles’ heel logo, all against a beautiful blue backdrop. This belt’s so nice that I’m using alliteration.
