Bae scored his second PGA Tour win with a strong Sunday look at the Frys.com Open. The South Korean is no stranger to our style leader board as he looks sharp week in and week out in simple, well-fitting modern moves like this navy and gray Original Penguin color-blocked polo.Original Penguin
I'm used to seeing Under Armour cue up solid, high-contrast light tops on dark-bottom looks for their tour staffers (think most of Jordan Spieth's gear in 2014), but this move on Mahan from Saturday at the Frys.com is a much cooler way to kit out. The digital heather polo is more modern and interesting than your standard solid yet is still simple enough to coordinate with all your basic bottoms. Hopefully we'll see more of this setup on UA guys during the fall.Under Armour
Gonzales and his well-manicured mutton chops jumped out to a fast start at the Frys but stumbled a bit on the weekend to finish outside the top 25. Dude gets serious style points for the mustache, though.
Chapell kept it on trend with his horizontal-striped Nike sweater in Napa this weekend. The white flat brim and white stripes on the sweater create a cool connection in the look and could be something to try in your own game.Nike Golf
"Same as it ever was . . . " Ryo keeps killing it with fun color, sharp fits and perfect details. He's been rockin' a bunch of these micro floral prints lately, and it looks like he'll carry the trend into the fall. We're starting to see more and more of these micro prints for good reason: They coordinate as easily as solids with the majority of your closet but also add a ton of energy to your rig even when everything else is safe and solid.
The engineered stripe continues to be a good look for lean guys like Guthrie. He was one of many athletes this week pulling off pink perfectly while saluting of Breast Cancer Awareness month.Hugo Boss
The Frenchman kept his cool while battling the torrential downpours at the Portugal Masters this weekend and walked away with the W.A simple navy-and-gray set up is fit for any forecast so keep that in mind next time you're on the fence about what to wear on or off the course -- it's always a safe play to stick to the basics.
Warren looked clean and simple in an athletic-chest stripe and pale-gray trousers. I don't mind the white belt here too much as a) the trousers are light enough not to create much of a contrast and b) the white strap creates a cool link to the stripe in Warren's shirt. Callaway continues to come up with really cool looks for its tour pros, and we can't wait to see what's on the block for 2015.Callaway Apparel
Talk about a powerful move. The winning European Ryder Cup captain looks great in all gray. You won't find too many flaws in that position, either.
The newly minted European Tour winner searched for the answer in the dirt between thunderstorms at the Portugal Masters. When wearing a bold pattern or print-like camo, it's always a good move to keep the rest of your rig on the quieter side. Fisher's white trousers were a smart choice. His Nike pink-and-gray camouflage polo is another sharp salute to Breast Cancer Awareness.Nike Golf
While I'm inclined to give player and caddie an A for effort on the skirt/short coordination, I'm distracted by the compression legwear they both seem to be sporting.
Lexi looked great all week in her single-shade Puma set ups at the Sime Darby LPGA. Her monochromatic move creates a long, lean powerful look that you can work into your wardrobe pretty easily, too. For both men and women, I'd suggest starting with navys, blacks and grays before you try full neon with your game.Puma
Ko rounded out Callaway's crew this weekend with another cool micro-print floral polo. Again, whether it's floral, geometric or abstract, small prints paired with simple, solid bottoms help you stand out in style without looking like you're asking for the attention.Callaway Apparel
