“This was a premier club in the area. Many Pros played here and they play a lot of Qualifiers as well as a Krorn ferry event here. The owners refuse to put the money they are collecting back into the course. The Fairways are thin and there are spots that flood constantly due to poor drainage and the construction of homes around the course leading to flooding. Invest in some overseeding during the winter. The course layout is tough. The greens are fast and difficult. The Par 5 designs make any chance for getting on in two very difficult due to the mounds in front, a common Arthur Hill design. If they would get the conditioning of the fairways back to what they could be, this would be a must play. World Golf can do it, TPC does it and many other competitors in the area have better fairway conditions. The course has a large member play along with Flagler College and others allowed on. Its difficult to walk so carts are a must. I suggest closing holes to CPO on a daily baisis, one on each side and or shut one hole down a month to get them to heal."
