Watch Jeung-hun Wang make three long putts in a row on the same hole to win

May 09, 2016

Roberto Castro lost in a playoff at the Wells Fargo Championship on Sunday, but when it comes to heartbreak on the course this weekend, he finished a distant second to Nacho Elvira. Nacho appeared to have his first European Tour win sewed up twice, only to see it ripped away from him by Jeung-hun Wang.

The first time came on the par-5 18th hole in regulation on Sunday when Wang faced a 15-foot birdie putt to force a playoff at the Trophee Hassan II. He made it.

Then in sudden-death on the same hole -- and with Elvira having just a short birdie putt left -- Wang faced a 31-footer for birdie to keep the playoff going. He made it.

And finally, on his third trip to No. 18, Wang faced a 12-footer for another birdie and the win. And yep, he made it again. Watch the three consecutive putts that totaled a whopping 58 feet here:

The putting heroics gave Wang, 20, his first European Tour title.

"I'm so excited right now," Wang said after. "I don't think I'll sleep tonight."

Something tells us Elvira didn't get much shuteye, either.
