Volunteer gets hit in the head by Phil Mickelson tee shot, somehow plays it cool
I've never been hit with a golf ball, but I imagine the business end of a Titleist or Bridgestone would send me flopping to the floor like a European soccer player.
Which is why this volunteer at the Memorial is my new hero.
On the 15th hole at Muirfield Village, Phil Mickelson's tee shot was diving with full force into the right rough. It came to rest just off the left side of the fairway. That's because Mickelson's ball banged off a marshall's dome:
He didn't even hit the deck! What a champ. Although, Phil needs to send that cat something more than a glove.
Like, for starters, some Advil.
