Despite my love of pranks, I'm not a fan of April Fools' Day. "Oh, you trusted me? HA! Joke's on you, jerk!" Yeah, great life principle there. I wish an eternity of shanks to whoever invented this mean-spirited celebration.

Jordan Spieth, in his second round at the Shell Houston Open, came out on the business end of a putt that epitomizes April Fools' rug-pulled-out persona:
