Sergio Garcia commanded the wind to blow his ball in the hole -- and the wind listened

February 25, 2016

Sergio Garcia got off to a fast start at the Honda Classic on Thursday when he holed his approach shot on the par-4 second from 148 yards out after giving the ball a little help in the air. Instead of using body English, the Spaniard just used English to ask the wind to blow his ball -- and the wind heeded his command. Watch and listen:

Sergio the Sorcerer? Just throwing it out there, but it's not a bad nickname. . .

Of course, Garcia can't actually control the wind. Just a guess, but if he did, he probably would have chosen to use that special power at a major championship at some point.
