A cool video shows what Rickie Fowler's victory lap looked like Sunday night after his Players win
Right after the biggest win of his career, you might have thought Rickie Fowler rode off into the Florida sunset with his model girlfriend and family to celebrate his Players win.
But when TV coverage ended on Sunday night of a tournament, most golf fans watching at home don't get to see what happens after play wrapped up. This video from Skratch TV does a great job showing how Rickie spent his last moments at TPC Sawgrass -- before he celebrated this momentous win.
And before he left TPC Sawgrass, Rickie headed back out to the 17th to snap another photo of the hole that won him the Players. He birdied the hole three times on Sunday, hitting it within seven feet each time. That's just an insane stat. A major reason why that was the best finish we've seen on the PGA Tour in recent memory.
