Lou Holtz endorses Donald Trump because he's played his golf courses

There are certain attributes American voters seek in their political candidates. Honesty. Integrity. Leadership. And apparently, golf course ownership.

At least, that's the reason former football coach Lou Holtz is backing Donald Trump as the 2016 Republican presidential nominee. In a video released by Trump's Twitter handle, Holtz says, "I've played his golf courses, I've stayed in his hotels; he does nothing but go first class in everything."

Holtz joins Bobby Knight as Indiana icons to endorse Trump. All the real estate mogul needs is the backing of Larry Bird and Ron Swanson and he'll have the Hoosier State locked up.
