Justin Timberlake gives impromptu performance during first round of AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am

February 11, 2016

Nobody likes waiting on the tee when play backs up. But when one of the world's great entertainers is waiting with you, it doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Such was the case during the first round of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am when someone handed Justin Timberlake a guitar on the 16th hole at Spyglass Hill. And fortunately, ESPN's Jason Sobel was there to capture the moment:

The song is Timberlake's "Drink You Away," and it's awesome, because, well, it's JT. Having Alfonso Ribeiro singing duet only added to the moment before Timberlake handed the guitar back to a fan in the crowd (How did he get that into the tournament anyway?).

The only thing that could have made the scene better would have been if Timberlake's pro-am partner, Justin Rose, had joined in. But hey, we've got a few more days of this so we're not ruling it out. JT, are you taking requests?
