It's a different kind of moving day for Fred Couples as Masters winner puts house on market

You can't swing like Fred Couples, but for $3.95 million you can live like him.

Couples is selling his four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath villa at the Madison Club outside Palm Springs -- complete with two master suites, media room and outdoor kitchen. It even has a 1,000-square-foot garage and outdoor loggia, if you're into those kinds of things.

The 1992 Masters champion bought the 5,100-square-foot property in 2009 for just over $3 million, and he previously listed it for sale in 2011 for $4.2 million. The house comes furnished, but that doesn't mean you'll get Couples knickknacks like a framed Seahawks jersey or replica Masters trophy. The deck chairs look nice, though.

If you're determined to live near the Madison Club and Freddie's pad doesn't do it for you, you could also cross shop it with Sylvester Stallone's $4.2 million place down the road. It's also on the market. Sly's place has the same number of beds and baths and virtually the same square footage -- and even comes "feng shui designer furnished."
