Holly Sonders and the prom date that won't be happening
OK, so who, TMZ wants to know (not really), is standing up whom for the Hilton Head Island High School prom on Saturday night, Holly Sonders or Andrew Orischak?
Recall that last summer Fox Sports’ Sonders had agreed to be Andrew Orischak’s date.

It isn’t happening, Jeff Shain of the Island Packet is reporting. “I’m not sure it was ever going to happen,” Orischak said in the story. “I don’t think it was ever really a serious thing.”
The two met last year at the U.S. Junior Amateur. She agreed to go with him provided he won. Orischak, however, lost in the final to Philip Barbaree on the 37th hole on the Dye Course at Colleton River Plantation Club in Bluffton, S.C. Afterwards, Sonders Tweeted that “I'm happy to go to the 2015 prom with you if I'm still invited. Your mom has my phone number.”
As the prom approaches, Orischak is competing in the prestigious Sage Valley Invitational near Aiken, S.C., and Sonders is participating in the Derek Jeter Celebrity Invitational in Las Vegas.
And life goes on.
