People always seem to get better results with fitness when they have a rallying cry. Whether it's getting ready for beach season or trying to slim down for the big wedding, it helps to have a goal.
So with exactly 55 days left before the Masters, it's time to change some old habits and develop some new ones that will help make this your fittest year on the golf course. Golf Digest fitness advisor Ben Shear (@ben_shear) came up with 42 ways to do just that. It's exactly six weeks worth of things you can do on and off the course to improve your body. This article first ran in 2013, but I like it so much, it's worth revisiting. If you embrace a fair amount of Ben's advice, you'll be watching this year's Masters feeling like you should be wearing your own green jacket.
