Dustin Johnson's brother, who's also DJ's caddie, jumps in water to retrieve ball

May 13, 2016

It's not easy being a younger brother. You're often tasked with the bidding of your older kin, especially when it involves dirty work. It can be a thankless job, often finding yourself in the spotlight only when things go awry.

In many ways, it's similar to the existence of a caddie. Which can make life hell for one Austin Johnson.

Austin, who's on the bag for his brother, Dustin Johnson, was in hot water, literally and figuratively, after dropping Dustin's ball in the lake on Sawgrass' 17th hole on Friday. Because Dustin hadn't finished the hole, Austin had to dive into the drink or else DJ would have been assessed at penalty:

Austin's venture is particularly noteworthy, given he has a cast on his arm. Talk about brotherly love.
