GOLF DIGEST PUBLICATIONS AND GOLF CHANNEL ANNOUNCE EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP

April 15, 2008

NEW YORK, NY —Golf Digest Publications and the GOLF CHANNEL today announced an exclusive content partnership that will offer golf fans the most comprehensive coverage of the sport in print, on television and online.

As part of the agreement, the GOLF CHANNEL will regularly feature Golf Digest Publications’ top writers and editors as contributors on its nightly news program, “Golf Central,” and possible additional appearances on other GOLF CHANNEL news and talk shows. The content is expected to include travel features, updates from the Golf World newsroom and commentary.

Golf Digest Publications will showcase selected GOLF CHANNEL talent, who will contribute content in its magazines each month, ranging from instruction to editorial commentary. The multi–year deal includes all three of Golf Digest Publications’ magazines: Golf Digest, Golf World and Golf For Women.

The companies will also create and share original broadcast and editorial content for their respective Web sites.

“We are excited to embark on this new partnership with the GOLF CHANNEL,” said Jerry Tarde, Chairman and Editorial Director of Golf Digest Publications. “This is a great opportunity to combine the resources of our two properties and to provide more compelling content for the golf audience.”

“Both organizations have always strived to be the news leader in the world of golf,” said Gene Pizzolato, GOLF CHANNEL Executive Vice President, Sales Marketing & Business Development. “This collaborative partnership will allow us to combine our strengths and attributes to deliver the best golf coverage for the ever–demanding fan.”

Golf Digest Publications and the GOLF CHANNEL will also look to develop unique advertising and marketing opportunities across their print, on–air and online platforms. In addition, Golf Digest Publications plans to build a remote studio in its editorial offices in Wilton, Conn. The studio will be used to tape weekly segments for the GOLF CHANNEL and for live updates throughout the year.
