GOLF DIGEST EARNS DISTINCTIONS FROM THE SOCIETY OF PUBLICATION DESIGNERS

Golf Digest Index Honored with Silver Medal
NEW YORK, NY — Golf Digest has received multiple awards from The Society of Publication Designers (SPD) as part of the organization’s 43rd Annual Magazine Design Competition. The announcement was made today by Jerry Tarde, Golf Digest Chairman and Editor–In–Chief.
GolfDigest.com earned a Merit Award in the “Online Redesign” category, and Golf Digest Index won a silver medal in the “Non–Newsstand: Design” group for the “Style Bulletin” spread that was featured in the Fall 2007 issue.
“These accolades are great testaments to the talented individuals who have worked so diligently to ensure that Golf Digest readers receive the highest quality product, both in print and online,” said Tarde.
GolfDigest.com relaunched in July 2007 with a stronger emphasis on original content and golf news of the day.
