'He's beating up a bunch of dogs'

This is legendary sports writer Dan Jenkins' assessment of Tiger Woods' dominance in this Q&A from Jimmy Burch of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram in conjunction with the release of Jenkins' latest book, "Jenkins at the Majors."

Burch: "How does that (a dearth of worthy rivals) impact the way you view Tiger’s achievements?"

Jenkins: "You could look at it two ways: One, all he has to do is beat up a bunch of dogs who are happy to finish eighth; or two, think how much better he’d be if he had somebody to push him⿿... I look at it like he’s beating up a bunch of dogs."
