Tip of the Day

Tilt your spine for power

The first move down from the top should be a small lateral hip slide. That tilts your spine to the right, so your right shoulder is lower than your left. This little bump with the hips is what separates the medium-length hitters from the long drivers. Getting that spine tilt brings your club into the slot on the downswing and lets you make a powerful move through the ball from the inside.
