Swing Sequence: Lorena Ochoa (Down the line)

As you can see in this video, she has built sound fundamentals: grip, alignment and posture. The main thing she is trying to correct is the tendency to overswing the arms at the top of the backswing and to cross the target line with the long clubs. It's the result of using heavy clubs for her size as a kid, but she is much stronger after working out four to five times a week the last few years. Her swing will look more compact with time and will get better because she has a strong work ethic.
