- 1. Amanda Blumenherst
- Duke, Sr. The '08 U.S. Amateur champ was named national player of the year for record third time after posting four wins,71.0 avg. Her worst finish in 32 college starts: T-10.

- 2. Azahara Munoz
- Arizona State, Sr. Spaniard won NCAAs and was runner-up at U.S. Amateur. Had seven top-5s in 2007-08 and finished worse than eighth just once in 11 starts. Posted 71.97 avg.

- 3. Belen Mozo
- USC, Jr. British Amateur champ in '06 finished fourth at NCAAs, made it to U.S. Amateur semifinals. Final-round avg. (72.09) was fourth in nation. Hit 91.3 percent of fairways.

- 4. Tiffany Joh
- UCLA, Sr. Won second U.S. WAPL in three years after falling in playoff at NCAAs. Member of the U.S. Curtis Cup and World Amateur teams. Six top-5s and 10 top-10s.

- UCLA, Soph. A first-team All-American after winning twice and posting six top-10s. Low am at the U.S. Women's Open (T-10) and made cut at Kraft Nabisco, British Open.
